i was refused access to the garden for fresh air, eventually i was allowed into the garden for 30mins. some staff are poor

Most staff have been amazning, patient, kind, caring and looked after me and made very being on this ward as easy as possible.
Its also a massive thank you because staff have understood my sensory needs too. :)

When I arrived she could of been a bit nicer and patient and not telling me there no need to cry!

When I was thought here by police a man in the police car told me I could go outside for a smoke.
I have been made anxious because I cannot go without smoking. But I do want the treatment.
I am disgusted with the fully pretty rules!!

I could have been let out in the garden.
